Our shop is located in the heart of downtown, making it easy for you to drop off your electronics for repair. We also offer pickup and delivery services for your convenience.

We use only high-quality replacement parts for our repairs to ensure that your electronics function like new. We stand behind our work and offer a warranty on all repairs.

1. Please collect your device within 14 days, if not collected we will not be responsible for your device we may sell your device to cover our cost if not collected in 14 days. Any booking/repair done on Saturdays/Sundays/bank holidays will be done on 2nd working day. 
2. We will try our best to fix your device as soon as possible but delays can happen we may keep your device for extra 7 working days.
3. Repair collection time after 4:00pm. No receipt no collection no warranty keep your receipt safe. 
4. You can check status of your device if its ready for collection please go to www.techometric.com and enter your job sheet number
5. Please take full backup of your device we will not be responsible if any data loss. If we make any software repair you will lose all your data. Take your sim card and memory card with you before handing over your device.
6. There is £45 non refundable charges for handling/postage/diagnose for all big items like laptops, computers gaming consoles etc
7. If customer change their mind regarding repair and don’t want to fix their device, there will be 45% non-refundable charge.
8. When we fix your phone we do not make it brand new and your warranty is only for the part written on this repair sheet, Any other part not working, will not be covered under warranty.
9. Any repair done has a 6 months warranty for the part we fixed, not including wear and tear parts
10. We only unlock your phone, we do not unblock. If your phone says enter NCk, SPCK, sim not supported, it needs unlocking, if your phone has no signals/cannot make/receive calls, please contact your service provider as it’s a sign of phone been reported lost or stolen. we will still charge you full amount and no refund given, same conditions apply for software or software upgrade.
11. We remove only password/passcode or pattern from your phone, if there is icloud/ Google/ Samsung account/not activating from apple/Samsung/anyother server or network server we can not do anything, you will be charged full amount
12. You must provide password so we can test the repair, if you don’t provide device password we will not be able to check/test repair and make sure everything working fine. After you put password and find any issues a further £25 admin charge will apply.
